Ada Cookies Notice
This notice explains the cookies and browser storage technologies used by Ada.
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. Authentication cookies
Ada uses authentication cookies managed through Supabase to keep you signed in through the shared Lovelace sign-in system. These cookies may be set for the .lovelacesquare.org domain so shared sign-in can work across participating Lovelace services such as The Square and Ada.
2. Browser storage used for preferences
Ada also stores a small amount of interface state in your browser, including theme preference, selected model, reasoning effort, workspace layout, and file tree position. These settings are stored in local browser storage so the interface can reopen in the state you chose.
This storage is used for product functionality and interface preferences, not for advertising or cross-site tracking. Ada also stores whether you have accepted or declined optional analytics.
3. Analytics
Ada uses Vercel Analytics. Based on Vercel's documentation, this analytics tooling is designed to work without traditional analytics cookies.
Ada also uses Google Analytics only after you choose to accept optional analytics. Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics storage by default, and no advertising storage, ad personalization, or ad user-data sharing is enabled by Ada.
4. Managing session issues
If sign-in becomes stuck, Ada provides a session reset route at /auth/reset-session to clear authentication cookies. Clearing your browser cookies or site data may also sign you out and remove saved local preferences.
5. Questions
Questions about Ada's use of cookies or browser storage can be sent to contact@lovelacesquare.org.
